David Sullivan
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
David has more than 16 years of finance and operations leadership experience with industry leaders in medical technology (Medtronic), healthcare (University of Maryland Medical System), and high tech (Xilinx, Inc. in Silicon Valley). Throughout his career, he has successfully guided organizations through process improvement resulting in greater efficiency and higher profitability. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University and earned a MBA from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. His primary responsibilities are strategic planning, operations management, early-stage financial management, and business development.
Scott Joing, MD
Chief Innovation Officer
Scott is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience. He is a faculty physician at Hennepin County Medical Center’s Emergency Department, which treats approximately 110,000 patients each year. He is also an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of MN Medical School. Scott received his bachelor’s degree from Bethel College in St. Paul MN, was awarded his MD from the University of Minnesota, and completed his residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. His primary responsibilities are product strategy and software development.
